Commission on Cancer (CoC)
EQUICARE CS meets CoC Continuum of Care Services Standards 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 – patient navigation, psychosocial distress screening and survivorship care plan. ECS includes a targeted action lists for monitoring CoC compliance which identifies compliance issues relative to CoC standards and provides analytics to report results to your hospital cancer committee and ACoS.
American College of Radiology (ACR) Lung Screening
Standardized follow-up template to track lung screening patients and collect data that can be uploaded to the ACR Lung Cancer Screening Registry.
ONC Certification
This Health IT Module is compliant with the ONC Certification Criteria for Health IT and has been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. NAPBC
EQUICARE CS supports NAPBC standards such as documenting and reporting on Breast Cancer Conference, tracking the Patient Navigation process, providing an entire library of educational resources for patients as well as a complete treatment summary and survivorship care plan at the end of treatment.
